Hapimari: Happy Marriage!?
The maturity her acting brings to her role here is DEFINITELY beyond her age. Again, I didn’t know who she was until this drama, and boy am I in love with her!! Lastly, can I just say I love the theme of Girl who never wants to be alone love together with a Boy who only wants to be alone? Definitely not okay with HyunHee getting HoonDong wasted so that she could sleep with him. And I still can’t tell if she’s genuinely interested in him or not. I really thought she was only interested in his money up until now but this show’s doing such a good job of giving all the characters depth that I want to believe there’s more to it than that.
I love these openings by the way because I’m finding they keep me hooked. I want to know why and how this thing happened, and I love it when it’s totally subverted like in Episode 5 (SO DAMN FUNNY.). I picked it up just for fun and really wasn’t expecting it to be so good.
I completely agree that the leads are on opposite ends of the same coin and I love the idea that they can help each other find balance in their lives. Also I love their banter and how honest they are with each other. This is my first time really rooting for a couple just because of how much potential there is for them to enrich each other’s lives. In the morning, Ki-tae panics when he gets a message from Se-ah that she’s with his mother at the salon. She reassures him that she hasn’t told his mother what she knows…yet. She warns that he’d better https://www.loveconnectionreviews.com/ stop avoiding her calls, or she might just accidentally let it slip that his engagement is fake. This is like the first drama I’ve seen where we’ve got cross-kissing going all over the place. I always hate that in dramas, the male leads tend to be the ones who get to kiss more than one person, so I like that Jang-mi is like a regular person who kisses more than one guy. And I don’t love her any less for that. This drama is actually really hilarious.

Where to Watch Marriage, Not Dating
I really hope she does love herself thaaaat much. Maybe I’m asking for too much….but this drama’s been so good I can’t help it haha. I guess a sneaky clingy spoiled selfish ex as usual for a second lead isn’t too bad either. I really enjoyed this episode not just because it was very funny but because it also started giving us more concrete glimpses into the motivations and backgrounds of these characters.
